AI‑Supported Whole Vehicle Homologation for End‑to‑End Traceability and Faster Compliance Part 1
This webcast explains how an AI‑supported homologation database enables end‑to‑end, audit‑safe traceability from changing regulations to derived requirements, test cases, results, and evidence. Solving today’s regulatory complexity and manual process inefficiencies through automated impact analysis, optimized test catalogues, integrated evidence chains, and real‑time compliance transparency.
Key Learnings:
– How to manage growing regulatory complexity with an AI-supported, end-to-end homologation approach. Addressing frequent updates, global scope, and cross-sector regulations while keeping compliance work efficient and structured.
– How a “Homologation AI Database” enables single-source-of-truth traceability from regulations → derived legal requirements → feature/system/component requirements → test cases/results → evidence, improving transparency and reducing manual errors.
– Best practices for change impact analysis (regulation, functionality, component, and evidence changes): automatically identifying affected requirements and owners, triggering targeted notifications, and ensuring timely compliance actions.
– How to build a credible evidence chain for type approval by linking requirements to optimized scenario/test catalogues and maintaining auditable documentation across simulation, lab, proving ground, and road testing.
– How to improve audit readiness and speed to market through versioning, review/approval workflows (e.g., four-eyes principle), dashboards, and predictive analytics, minimizing rework and supporting faster, safer market launch.
