Former Senior Innovation Director David Gram joined CiMi.CON Evolution to hold a case study with the title “Breakthrough innovation through Intrapreneurship: Inventing the future of play at LEGO”.
Throughout his career David has been working on breakthrough innovation development and how to build-in agility and change readiness into large organizations. His experience comes both from running his own businesses and from working with radical innovation as an internal change agent in several large global organizations such as Scandinavian Airlines and The LEGO Group.
