Creating a Single Digital Launchpad for Public Sector Orgs: How NIHR Unified Four Systems and 8,000 workers
If your organisation is dealing with fragmented intranets, disconnected teams, or comms that disappear into the void, this session is for you. NIHR’s story is a masterclass in how IT and business priorities can align to deliver real, measurable value: not just a technology rollout, but a cultural shift.
You’ll leave with:
- A practical blueprint for unifying a complex, distributed workforce
- A framework for building governance and access control that satisfies procurement, security, and accessibility requirements simultaneously
- Data-led approaches to communications that finally show what’s working and what isn’t
- Proven strategies for turning passive information consumers into active community contributors
Who should attend: Digital workplace leaders, internal comms managers, IT directors, and change management professionals in organisations with 1,000+ staff navigating fragmentation, post-merger integration, or hybrid workforce challenges.
